RETURN REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

- Leo's return policy states returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact customer service at Leoslookyourbest@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.
4. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the confirmation email.

Important Return Details

  • The 7-day initiated return window begins on the delivery date, not the purchase date.
    - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    - We do not charge restocking fees.
    - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Exceptions

- Intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn or tags removed

Damaged or Defective Items Warranty Information

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

Exchange Options

We do not accept exchanges. You can return the item and order again.
