RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Leoslookyourbest@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  4. Ship item(s) to the address provided in your confirmation email

Important Return Details

  • The 30-day return window begins on the delivery date
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • No restocking fees
  • Refunds processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items 

  • Intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn or tags removed
  • Internationally-fulfilled items (see above)

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
